Ghost Hunter 3 is a hunter who can be found in Cemetery Lot B searching for ghosts using a device with a meter and two antennas attached to it. He is convinced there are ghosts around him and if you click on the owl above, he'll react and say he's "heard the spirits."
He wears a black shirt with a white ghost on it and black shaded goggles. He also wears a tin foil hat atop his head, used to protect against "radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation" according to him.
